Lifestyle planning to enable some of the stresses and strains of life to be
effectively managed. Includes 'on-site' massage of stress points;
neck, head, shoulders, hands and arms.
Remedial Massage
Swedish massage using muscle release techniques to ease away tensions.
A Carrier oil is used, however essential oils may be added at extra cost.
Lymphatic Drainage
A relaxing gentle technique unlike any other massage.
May help clear fluid retention, bloating and frees toxins thus boosting immunity.
On Site Massage
A short 'clothed' massage applied in a seated position to relieve tensions
and stresses in the head, neck and shoulders. Hand and forearm massage included.
Indian Head Massage
A head, neck and facial massage with hot towels and nourishing oils. Very beneficial
to the hair and scalp.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy
A non-intrusive therapy, which has its origins in 'cranial osteopathy'.
A gentle palpation of the body's fluid mechanism. Relaxing and therapeutic deep work to
stimulate the natural healing process. A clothed treatment.
This therapy has been used to help children and infants with behavioural, feeding and sleeping problems.
Reiki
An energy treatment using Japanese symbols to enable the body to seek a new
state of balance.
